My status

The Company Firmly Believes in

• not leaving our customers wondering
• never over promising
• endeavouring to work with our customers, not just for them

We don’t want to fail and our customers don’t want us to fail either!

Meticulous planning and evaluation goes into every job to try and cover all eventualities and ‘what if’ scenarios before setting out.

Once onboard, being a small Company allows any decisions to be made at a local level where good use of internet and information technology can make a difference.

We think we are especially good at solving long standing 'chronic' problems with equipment and installations. E.g. RFI, equipment ‘lock-up', intermittent failures and resolution of 'we've changed all the boards and it still doesn't work'.

We can find solutions where there is no longer any reliable documentation. Where there is good technical information we can work to component level. This is especially true for older equipment.

We can make temporary workarounds until a permanent fix can be done, for example where a dry-dock would be required to effect a full repair.

With no manufacturer boundaries we can undertake many other jobs whilst attending for the 'main event' which otherwise might not have been carried out.

Technical expertise, experience and flexibility coupled with industry knowledge makes Eiland Communications Limited the ideal choice as a Contractor and Subcontractor of Marine Electronics Services.
