Warranty Terms. Programmable NMEA Filter:
This product is warranted to be free of defects for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty is limited to supply of a replacement for any Programmable NMEA FIlter that fails to perform under normal operating conditions and in accordance with the procedures outlined in the installation document which accompanies this product. Any damage that results from improper installation, operation and general misuse voids all warranty rights. Although every attempt has been made to ensure the accuracy of the installation document we assume no liability for damages resulting from errors therein. We reserve the right to edit this document at any time without notice. The Buyer shall incur the cost of freight & duty for all warranty returns.
